Biographical Sketch
Tania Gutsche joined CESR in January 2013. Prior to USC, Tania was the Deputy Director of Marketing and Operations in the Labor and Population Unit at RAND Corporation, where she had worked since 2001. At RAND she also served as Panel Manager of the American Life Panel. As Co-Director of CESR, she works on the management and financial operations of the department and maintains a research focus of survey methodology. As Study Manager of the Understanding America Study, she is involved in the planning and recruitment efforts of this nationally representative online panel.
