Tania Gutsche joined CESR in January 2013. Prior to USC, Tania was the Deputy Director of Marketing and Operations at the RAND Corporation, where she had worked since 2001. At RAND she also served as Panel Manager of the American Life Panel. At CESR she works on the management and financial operations of the department and maintains a research focus on survey methodology. Working on a number of Dr. Kapteyn’s projects, she is involved in the planning and recruitment efforts of building a new survey respondent group for USC, the Understanding America Study.
